“Kim Olson and the Service Technicians – A+. Thank you for your effort and taking the time. Based on our prior experience, we would have never received their type of treatment from an RV Dealership.
Jim Downing – A+. You have to thank Jim as being the main reason we purchased our Born Free. We have a major beef with salesmen that sell vehicles. It irks us to no end that we drive onto the sales lot and the vultures fall out the door for the kill. We want to have the correct information about the vehicle and be left alone. If we have questions we will ask. We have found most sales personnel do not have any idea about what they are selling. Jim explained the Born Free features to us, and politely informed us that if we had questions, please contact him. There was no pressure. When it came time to order, he explained all the options so there would be no surprises. On delivery, he had set that day aside just for us. There was no “here are the keys, have fun”. Since the delivery, he has done follow ups (no one has ever done that for us), he has been there for our questions. If Jim doesn’t have an answer, he will tell you so. At the same time, he will get you an answer and call you back in a reasonable time frame. We thank him for his help and his concerns.”
